The event, graced by Deputy Premier Minister for Public Health, Housing and Local Government, Datuk Amar Professor Dr. Sim Kui Hian, highlighted the transformative impact of robotic-assisted technology on TKA surgeries, resulting in quicker recovery times and improved patient outcomes.
Since its implementation in August 2023, KPJ Kuching has witnessed a notable 28.7% increase in successful TKA operations compared to the previous year, totaling 360 procedures.
This surge underscores the effectiveness of robotic-assisted technology in enhancing surgical precision and improving the recovery experience for patients, ultimately leading to increased confidence and satisfaction.
