Pertama Digital has announced that DAPAT Vista (M) Sdn. Bhd. a subsidiary of the company had accepted a Letter of Award awarded by My Digital ID Sdn. Bhd. for the provision of online digital ID onboarding registration services.
The deal will require, DAPAT to provide public online onboarding services for My Digital ID and ensure that the services are available and operational 24 hours a day. It wiill need to be responsible and accountable for user support and the continuous availability of the service. The duration of the Contract for the above provision is for a period of four months with an option to extend the Contract for an additional three months.
The frim said the LOA will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the Company. However, it is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the group and strengthen the net assets position of the group over the duration of the contract.
