Southern Score Builders announced that it has secured a RM315 million contract from Smart Advance Resources Sdn. Bhd. for the proposed development of 3 residential apartment blocks in Mukim Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.
SSBB will be appointed as turnkey for 198 free-cost residential units from level 8 to level 36, block B – 358 free-cost residential units from level 8 to level 37 and block C – 238 affordable housing units from level 8 to level 37 plus facilities.
Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of SSBB, Mr. Gan Yee Hin said,“The latest win is certainly a good booster for us, as this is the second contract we secured this year. This RM315.0 million project, along with the single largest contract we clinched in February 2024, bring total contracts secured in 2024 to RM933.2 million. Currently, the Group’s outstanding order book stands at RM1.4 billion, providing SSBB clear earnings visibility for next few financial years.”
