Uzma Berhad said it has entered into an expression of interest with ReOrbit Oy, a company involvec in space technology from Finland to explore and develop collaborative efforts in space satellite solutions.
ReOrbit is a private limited company registered in Finland which is focused on small satellite manufacturing and flight software and its associated technology development for the global space industry.
Under the agreement, the parties have jointly identified marketing and distribution opportunities of ReOrbit’s space satellite solutions in the South East Asia region on an exclusive basis to Uzma.
Both have also agree to explore the utilization of a Satellite Assembly, Integration and Test Facility in Malaysia and launching of a satellite;
