La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Celebrates Culinary Excellence At AGM

The National Bailliage of the Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs, Bailliage de Malaisie, recently gathered for its Annual General Meeting at the esteemed French restaurant Le Midi. Led by Professor Dato’ Elizabeth Lee as the Bailli Delegate of Malaysia, the event welcomed over 50 members of the Chaîne des Rotisseurs Bailliage of Malaysia for a memorable culinary experience.

Founded in Paris in 1950, La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an esteemed international gastronomic society dedicated to the art of fine dining and camaraderie among culinary enthusiasts.

With nearly 25,000 members spanning across 80 countries, the Chaîne upholds traditions rooted in the culinary arts, fostering a global community of professionals and amateurs who share a passion for gastronomy.

The Annual General Meeting served as a platform for members to celebrate their shared values of quality, fine dining, and the appreciation of culinary arts. Hosted at Le Midi, a newly opened French Brasserie located at Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre, attendees enjoyed an exquisite dining experience that showcased the essence of French gastronomy.

Under the leadership of Professor Dato’ Elizabeth Lee, the Bailliage de Malaisie continues to uphold the Chaîne’s mission of promoting culinary excellence and cultural exchange.
