Elmina Ridge represents a new era of nature-inspired living, offering modern biophilic homes designed to harmonise with nature. These homes integrate spacious living areas, an indoor skylight planting area, and sustainable features such as readily fitted solar panels and batteries, EV isolator points, and thermal roof insulation.

The community in the City of Elmina will enjoy a host of lifestyle amenities in the upcoming Elmina City Centre, designed as a vibrant hub with an education hub and the Elmina Lakeside Mall at the heart of the township.

Visitors to the mall will also have direct access to a sprawling 35-acre Urban Park, providing families with the perfect setting for tranquil walks or spirited games of football.

The township is set to welcome several new educational facilities in the coming years. SK Denai Alam is set to open its doors to students in 2025, SJK(C) Regent Elmina in the following year, and Sekolah Menengah Akademik Chong Hwa in 2027. Additionally, SMK Denai Alam is anticipated to complete by 2028.

Residents and visitors to Elmina Ridge will benefit from direct connectivity to the Guthrie Corridor Expressway and proposed future connectivity to the Damansara–Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) Highway.
