Harmony Auto Launches First BYD Outlet In Hartamas Shopping Centre

Harmony Auto, a prominent automobile dealership group in China, has officially launched its first BYD outlet in Malaysia at Hartamas Shopping Centre.

The new outlet, spanning approximately 8,000 square feet, features a spacious car display area, a luxurious customer lounge, dedicated discussion rooms, and a delivery area. Additionally, the after-sales reception area, designed with a modern touch and personalized service processes, is conveniently accessible from the mall’s parking lot. Outside, BYD owners can find six parking spaces equipped with four charging stations, exemplifying BYD’s commitment to sustainable mobility solutions.

Liang Xinyue, President of BYD Asia-Pacific, officiated the launch and highlighted the significance of the new outlet. “The opening of the BYD Hartamas outlet in a mall not only brings new vitality to the Malaysian market but also injects new momentum into introducing Malaysia’s green travel,” he said. Liang emphasized the convenience offered to customers, allowing them to shop for BYD products and service their cars in one location.

BYD, a global leader in new energy vehicles, sees significant potential in Malaysia’s market, supported by favorable government policies. The partnership with Harmony Auto aims to popularize new energy vehicles in Malaysia, aligning with the national goal for sustainable transportation.

Currently, the BYD models available in Malaysia include the BYD Atto 3, BYD Dolphin, and BYD Seal. The outlet will also feature a Service and Spare Parts Centre, set to be operational in Q4 this year, making it the first 3S centre located in a shopping mall. Future plans include expanding the number of BYD dealerships in Malaysia, promoting the growth of the new energy vehicle market.

During the opening ceremony, Harmony Auto handed over 10 BYD units to its customers, fulfilling their immediate car delivery promise. This move, which garnered praise from customers, showcased the excellence of BYD cars and demonstrated the company’s confidence in the Malaysian market and its ability to respond quickly to consumer demand.
