I-Berhad announced that its Cheif Executive Officer who also happens to be the son Tan Sri Lim Kim Hong the Chairman of the group has decided to refrain from being relected and thus relinquished his post.
Lim Boon Soon was the Executive Director/ CEO and was appointed on 1 January 2022, he did not seek re-election at the 57th Annual General Meeting and hence retired.
Lim is the son of Tan Sri Lim Kim Hong (Chairman/major shareholder) and Puan Sri Tey Siew Thuan (Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer).
