Malaysia Genomics Recources Berhad has announed that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Dx&Vx Co. Ltd. to ensure smooth market entry of DxVx’s genome testing services “GenomeCheck” in Southeast Asia.
Under the agreement, both parties are to seek methods in expanding the genome testing market in this region, where DxVx and MGRCT willl comply with relevant laws in the respective countries while conducting testing services and business operations. While MGRCT is responsible for the development and expansion of the market throug vigorous promotional and sales activities, DxVx is responsible for the accurate execution of “GenomeCheck” testing.
