PJBumi Berhad announced that PJBumi Heavy Engineering & Services Sdn. Bhd. its wholly-owned subsidiary has accepted a Letter of Acceptance for the Contract for the provision of My Digital ID Physical Onboarding Services for Mimos Semiconductor.
The parties have struck a deal whee the the payment is RM100,000.00 for 500 units touch point device setup and RM1.70 for every successful physical onboarding for My Digital ID registered thereafter. They have agreed for the onboarding service for a period of 24 months and is expected to commence on 21 June 2024 and shall expire on 20 June 2026
Accoridng to mydigital website, MyDigital ID is a government initiatve where a digital identity verification platform has been created for the security and efficiency of online transactions. This is to improve the security, efficiency, and comfort of online services and digital transactions, strengthening confidence in the digital landscape in Malaysia, empowering smart digital government based on data and support the growth of Malaysia’s digital economy towards becoming a high-income developed country
