IJM Construction informed that it has executed the Letter of Award from Strategic Sonata Sdn Bhd for the proposed construction and completion of six storeys ramp-up warehouses with offices, a two storeys cafeteria, and all appurtenant and ancillary works and services at Seksyen 15, Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a contract sum of RM584.3 million.
The project is for a logisics hub which the completion period given is 28 months from the date of commencement.
Other than Permodalan Nasional Berhad being the common shareholder of the Company and SSSB, IJM said none of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them, has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Project.
