The ringgit opened slightly lower against the US dollar today, influenced by improved sentiment towards the greenback, according to an economist.
As of 9:08 a.m., the ringgit had weakened to 4.7080/7125 against the dollar, down from yesterday’s close of 4.7055/7075.
