Binastra Corporation Berhad announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn. Bhd. has accepted a letter of award worth RM313.7 million awarded by FYT Land (KK) Sdn. Bhd. encompasses the completion of external works outside site boundary works, piling works, and main building works for the proposed Phase 1 of Lot 1.
This includes the construction of Tower A, comprising a 34-storey apartment of 373 units and Tower B, a 389 units 30-storey apartment with 7-storey car park podium. This project is expected to be completed by 31 July 2027.
“We are pleased to announce that we have secured our first construction project in the state of Sabah. With this project, we have secured approximately RM1.0 billion of new contract wins for our financial year ending 31 January 2025. This contract together with our existing order book, will continue to contribute to the Group’s top and bottom line for the next four years.” said Datuk Jackson Tan Kak Seng, Managing Director of Binastra Corporation Berhad.
