The ringgit traded lower against the US dollar in early trade due to a lack of buying interest, as the US Dollar Index (DXY) rebounded following recent losses by the greenback.
At 9:05 am, the ringgit weakened to 4.7140/7190 against the greenback, down from yesterday’s close of 4.7070/7110.
