Toyo Ventures Holdings Berhad announced that its Song Hau 2 thermal power plant in Vietnam has entered into a grid connection agreement with the National Power Transmission Corporation.
The company in a Bursa filing said Song Hau 2 Power Company Limited a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toyo Ink Group Berhad, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TVHB, had entered into a Grid Connection Agreement with the National Power Transmission Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vietnam Electricity, on grid connection to the Vietnam National Power System through the 500kV Switchyard of the Song Hau Power Complex.
TVHB said it will make the necessary announcement on the progress of the Project to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
