Bursa Reprimands Top Builders And Eight Directors

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has publicly reprimanded Top Builders Capital Berhad and eight of its directors for breaches of the Main Market Listing Requirements and were imposed total fines of RM405,750.

The company was reprimanded for issues relating to the submission of the annual report after a delay of 6 months and 29 days; the quarterly reports after a delay of 6 months and 9 days.

While the company has been de-listed on 4 September 2023, the breaches were committed while the company was listed on the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities. The directors at the material time (Directors) had breached theMain LR for permitting the company to commit the following breaches.
