MAHB Targets 15 More Airlines To Operate From Malaysia

Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) is aiming to attract 15 more international airlines to operate from Malaysia, including British Airways and Vietjet.

These two airlines, along with nine others, are expected to commence operations at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) by the end of this year.

MAHB, which is undergoing significant changes in its major shareholding structure, has experienced a steady increase in passenger traffic across all its airports. The company is optimistic about achieving a full recovery to pre-pandemic levels this year.

The company’s share price has risen by over 29% year-to-date, reaching a five-year high of RM 9.73.
