Theta Edge Berhad has informed that its subsidiary, Theta Technologies Sdn Bhd and IJN have resolved their disputes and differences amicably without admission of any liability to each other.
Both parties had entered into a settlement agreement to record the terms of the settlement in relation to an Information and Communication Technology Development Agreement for Supply, Conduct Requirement Study, Design, Develop, Customize, Configure, Integrate, Data Migration, Install, Test, Conduct Training and Change Management, Support and Maintenance of Hospital Information System and Electronic Medical Record for IJN in 2022.
As settlement, IJN will pay TTSB RM1.3 million as the full and final settlement amount
Theta said the settlement arrangement will neither have a material financial impact for the company’s financial year ended 31 December 2023, nor will it have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings.
